How CEOs Can Make DEI a Priority

Recently shared by McKinsey & Company,  Jan Shelly BrownDiana Ellsworth, and Dana Maor mentioned that there is increasing evidence that when organizations are diverse, inclusive, and equitable, everyone benefits. 

For instance, companies in the top quartile for gender diversity on their executive teams were more likely than less-diverse peers to have above-average profitability, according to one study. Nevertheless, companies are struggling to make meaningful progress when it comes to their DEI efforts.
