Aaron Wolowiec, Founder & President of Event Garde, attended ConferenceDirect’s inagural Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Conference (D22). One of the roundtables focused on incorporating diversity and social issues into site selection.
Aaron was particularly struck by TDM’s Executive Director Greg DeShields’s recommendation to include questions focused on better understanding the venue’s DEI priorities in our request for proposal (RFP) process. With that, Aaron and Global Account Executive with ConferenceDirect Stacey Sabiston developed six DEI questions for one of their clients.
