Responsible tourism is about reducing social and economic inequalities and building awareness. Tourism Diversity Matters (TDM) is committed to empowering the tourism and events industry to change and evolve as we work to advocate for an inclusive and diverse workforce and guest experience.
Education is the first step toward effecting change and ensuring dignity and respect in the travel process. Leveraging the collective voices for these transformative industries will ultimately deliver a more inclusive and meaningful impact as we welcome all.

The goal of the program is to expand the hospitality and tourism workforce by attracting underrepresented and ethnically diverse college graduates and students to career opportunities they may not have considered.

Our knowledge provides fundamental diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) training for tourism organizations and individuals who want to implement real workplace changes.
